Spring is my favorite because everything around you is colorful and blooming and its finally getting warmer! (although the April snow shower was not it) Taking macro photos you get to see all your subject's details that you don't notice when you're just looking at it from afar. It was hard to take wildlife pictures because I didn't want to get too close or it was going to fly away.
