Lip Sync Battle

Thursday's dress up day was retro day plus bring anything but a backpack day. It was so fun to see what people brought to school like shopping carts, shopping baskets, a wheelchair, strollers, cooking pots, a lawn mower, laundry baskets and so much more. I was excited to see everyone's lip sync skit especially ours because it definitely fit the theme for homecoming. Our song choice was The Final Countdown with Luke as the lip syncer. We had two different boxing rounds and Clay as the ring girl. Round one was Adrian vs Eric in a battle for true love and Adrian was able to take Abi for the win. The real showdown was the mighty Brewster Bear vs the Manson Trojan in the ring just like this Friday's football game. The Brewster Bear came out on top like how everyone wants Friday's game to go. After the round, Luke took over the show with his best lip syncing skills. The results came in after school and the whole junior class was appauled on us placing second place and seniors taking first place. Their execution was great but it didn't fit with the homecoming theme like ours did.

We knew we had to go off during capture the flag and that is just what happened. I wasn't able to go because I had a volleyball game in Okanogan and wouldn't be able to make it back in time but I was able to get updates from my fellow classmates.
